In-house Dedicated Compliance Team

We have a dedicated in-house Compliance Team who operates independently of our recruitment consultants and whose sole purpose is to ensure that our rigorous safeguarding policies and procedures are followed and compliant with statutory requirements.

We ensure our processes and service enable our clients to satisfy their obligations under legislation or guidance notes such as the DfE's 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. We also go beyond our obligations regarding specific checks to ensure thorough due diligence. We believe in complete transparency and will keep you informed throughout the recruitment process about the status and results of a candidate's vetting and screening checks.

As a business, we understand the need for clarity regarding the information we hold on file to ensure we fulfil our client's requirements and our constant aim to exceed them.

Our candidates are subject to the following checks as part of our recruitment process:

  • Right To Work in the UK (RTW)

  • DBS disclosure

  • Overseas clearances (if applicable)

  • TRA Prohibition check

  • Qualifications

  • Registration form

  • References
